Lee's crawlspace is kinda cool. There's an abundance of old lofts, bunks, and toilets stored there. It's only accessible from the steam tunnels, but you can exit from it into Lee's basement floor, via a student storage room. However, the crawlspace is pretty big, you could have a decent party in there is everyone didn't mind getting all dirty.
