Litton Reaves has a few interesting spots to explore.

At the top of one of the staircases is an unlocked door into a small room. In here there's hydraulic elevator equipment, and large tanks (possibly for processing milk?).

Down in the basement level, there are a couple of mechanical rooms. The first is small, and often unlocked. The second is larger, and has (locked) doors to the outside of the building, a staircase, and the crawlspace. This mechanical room also houses a pair of large air pumps. Or are they generators? Whatever they are, they're very loud, and frequently turn themselves on.

The crawlspace is pretty cool, as far as crawlspaces go. Foundation reinforcements, large steam pipes, old trash... all the usual crawlspace stuff.
