Like Lee's crawlspace, Pritchard's is only accessible from the steam tunnels. Coming in through the sub-tunnel, you emerge in a long, tall room with a dirt floor sloped at a 45-degree angle. There's plenty of interesting junk in here. This room runs the length of one of Pritchard's wings, and has a door out into a hallway halfway down the room from the sub-tunnel.

At the far and of the crawlspace from the sub-tunnel, there's a shaft descending to a lower crawlspace level, with an old, rickety-ass wooden ladder. This lower level has a low ceiling, a dirt floor, some small vents to the outside, and a lot of pipes. Aside from that, not too much interesting.
